On The Road with PartnerCafe is looking for Volunteers who would be willing to help us travel to and set up at our outreach events in and around Pierce County and Thurston County. Here are some areas where we need help:

  • Grant Writer
  • Grant Research. Finding grant opportunities that align with our mission! Grant writers may not have time to do the research part, and its an easy task! It only requires an hour or two of work to search for grants.
  • Board Members! (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary. Alongside those roles they would also be heading up committees for: Fundraising, Community Outreach, Volunteer Coordination, and lastly Marketing and Communications) More details are here: on the Board Roles Doc
  • Volunteers to help at events. (This is a physical task, so being able to lift heavy objects, be on your feet and customer service skills)
  • Volunteers to help with small tasks like data entry or photo uploads to our website. (needs to know their way around a computer and be able to dedicate an hour or two a few times a month)
