Barbara  is known as the fairy godmother to the many  families she has cared for. She’s worked as an LPN for over 40 years and her family says she knows healthcare from A to Z. During all these experiences, Barbara and her husband  managed difficult health issues yet raised a daughter through out those challenges. Barbara has been blessed with 2 sets of twin boy grandsons.  One of them at 2 months old, was recently diagnosed with a severe disease, Spinal Muscular Atrophy. A life altering disease.

Barbara  has chosen to share her knowledge to help the community.  Being an advocate in the areas of healthcare, criminal justice, homelessness, and mental health – Barbara  says each of these areas have touched her life and loved ones.
